Turkey Breakfast Sausage

Ingredients
1 # lean ground turkey breast1 1/2 teaspoons ham flavored soup base2 t. dried sage
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Cover and let sit in refrigerator for several hours. Shape into 6 3" patties. Can be frozen at this point for use later. When ready to cook, spray nonstick pan with cooking spray and heat on both sides until thoroughly cooked. I usually make smaller patties using the typical 20 oz. package size of groundturkey.
