Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 16 oz White Rice, short grain, 1 cup (raw)*Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added, 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, .50 cup, shredded *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 3 tsp (or 1 pkg)
Directions
Brown ground beef
Cook rice (Al dente)
Add both to casserole dish
Add seasoning mix, sauce & 1/2 cheese - Blend
Add remaining cheese on top
Bake to heat through & melt /brown cheese
