Lindsay canned sliced ripe black olives8oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk2 large eggs1 cup flour2 cups Hunt's tomato sauce - no salt added
Preheat oven to 350
Cut vegef abd toss into 13x9x2 pan
sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese
In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, and flour - pour over veges
Bake for abotu 20-25 minutes until the flour mixture is hardened.
