Seafood Stir Fry

Ingredients
6 oz shrimp, pre-cooked7 oz salmon, sliced thinly8 oz bamboo shoots1/4 c green onions1 tbsp olive oil1 tsp Hosein Sauce1 tsp garlic, minced
Directions
Heat olive oil, add salmon, garlic, green onions, Hosein Sauce. Stir until Salmon is cooked, add cooked shrimp, bamboo shoots. Serve over hot cooked rice with low sodium soy sauce.
