Creamy Honey Walnut Spread

1 Cup Yogurt, plain, non-fat or skim1/3 cup shelled walnuts2 teaspoons honey
Spoon yogurt into a colander or strainer lined with paper towels or coffee filters. Put strainer over a bowl and put into the refrigerator to drain for 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spread the walnuts onto a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes. Be careful not to let them burn. When they have cooled chop them very finely.
Spoon thickened yogurt into a small dish, and discard the drained liquid. Stir in walnuts and honey and serve.
