4 beef bouillon cubes4 c. water2 cans cream of chicken soup (fat free)1 box chopped broccoli1/2 pkg frozen hash brown potatoes1 lb. Velveeta Lite Cheese
Bring water to a boil and dissolve bouillon cubes. Add all ingredients and cook in crock-pot until cheese is melted and potatoes are done, approximately 4-6 hours on low or 2-3 hours on high.
