2 bell peppers, any color1 lb of chicken breast, skinless and boneless1 onion1/2 can diced tomatoes(seasonings optional)1/2 packet of fajita seasoning.5 cups of salsa(optional, included in calories)8 lettuce leafs(2 per serving)8 tbsp sour cream (2 per serving)4 burrito sized tortillas
Slice chicken, onion, and bell peppers into thin strips. Put chicken, bell peppers, onions, fajita seasoning, salsa, and diced tomatoes into slow cooker. Cook on low for 4-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Wrap in a tortilla and add sour cream and lettuce. Doesn't include any cheese.
