Broccoil Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients
Cauliflower, broccoli, scallions, mayonnaise, milk, sugar, vinegar, bacon
Directions
Chop broccoli and cauliflower, place in large bowl. Chop scallions and add. Cook bacon until crisp and add to bowl. In separate bowl mix mayo, milk, sugar and vinegar. Pour over veggies. Serve cold.
