Yellow Cupcake w/ chocolate frosting

Ingredients
1c AP flour2/3 c sugar1t baking powder1/3t salt5 1/3 T unsalted butter1/3 c fat free yogurt1 egg1 yolk1t vanillaFrosting8oz semisweet chocolate1c fat free half and half
Directions
combine Ap flour through salt. combine soft butter though vanilla. add liquid to dry and blend until smooth. set oven to 350*. scoop batter into 8 muffin cups lined. bake until springy and tester comes out clean. 20-25min.
pour hot half and half over chocolate, and stir until melted. cool completely. whip with electirc beater until fluffy. frost cupcakes. makes 8
