Lynette's italian wedding soup

Ingredients
1 lb. ground pork1/2 cup breadcrumbs1 egg1/2 tsp each onion and garlic powdersalt & pepper to taste8 cups chicken broth1/2 cup orzo or acini di pepe pasta1 10 oz pkg baby spinach
Directions
Mix ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, and spices together and roll into tiny meatballs (I use a 1/2 tsp measuring spoon as a scoop to get the right size). Drop meatballs into boiling salted water for 6 minutes, then add to slow cooker. Add chicken broth and set slow cooker for 6-8 hours on low, or 3 hrs on high. Halfway through cooking add pasta and spinach.

Makes at least 10 servings... freezes well.
