VEGAN WHOLE WHEAT PANCAKES

Ingredients
Directions
3 C. Whole wheat pastry flour2 Tbs baking powder1 tsp salt2 Tbs cane sugar2 small bananas, mashed2 C soy milk1/4 C Lighter Bake
Combine all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Combine bananas with Lighter Bake and mix then stir in the soy milk and mix well.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and fold together just enough to combine.
Batter will be thick but pourable.
Use 1/2 c measuring ladle to poor onto very hot griddle.
Makes 8 6 inch thick fluffy pancakes.
Serve hot with fruit preserves, Agave or other topping of your choice.
