Ingredients
4 Boneless, skinless Chicken Breast1 Large Tomato cut into wedges1 Cup Sliced Red Onion1 Green Bell Pepper Cut into Strips1 Red Sweet Pepper Cut into Strips1/2 Bunch Cilantro Chopped Leaves only5 Tbsp EV Olive Oil2 tsp Red Wine Vinegar1 tsp Chili Powder
Directions
Grill Chicken on Foreman Grill until cooked through, cut into strips
In a Bowl
Add All Other ingredients and Chicken Mix well. Refridgerate until chilled. Serve over a bed of Greens, Wrapped in a WW LC Tortilla, or use as the meat on a plate of Nachos.
