Kid's Favorite Chili

2 lbs extra lean ground beef1 onion, diced1 Tbsp Chili Powder1 tsp Onion Powder1 tsp Garlic Powder2 tsp Cayenne Powder1 can Santa Fe style beans1 can Carribean style black beans1 can red kidney beans, rinsed1 can black beans, rinsed1 can black-eyed peas, rinsed2 cups V8 juice1.5 cups fresh or frozen corn
brown beef with the onion over medium heat. Add all the spices to the meat. Add the Santa Fe and Carribean style beans with the juice. After rinsing, throw in the rest of the beans. Add corn and enough V8 juice to cover. Simmer on low heat for 1-2 hours.
Serve with cheese and/or sour cream garnishes. Makes 12 1-cup servings.
