Ingredients
Lean ground Pork, 16 oz Wonton wrappers 60 wrappersCarrots, raw, 1 mediumOnions, raw, 1 medium Garlic, 2 clovesCelery, raw, 1 stalk, mediumSoy sauce, 0.25 cupWater 0.5 waterSalt to tasteSeasonigs to taste
Directions
Coarsely chop veggies and put in a food procesor with meat and pulse until well blended. Season with salt and choice of seasonings.
Place about one tablespoon of meat mixture in center of each wonton or dumpling wrapper. Moisten two sides and fold to form a triangle.
Heat two tablespoons of olive oil and "saute" stickers until golden brown..
Add soy sauce and water and simmer for a couple of minutes. Serve warm.
