Ingredients
one pound ground beefone onion, medium sized, diceda couple tablespoons of minced garlic, to your preference2 cups beef gravy, or what I call brown gravy12 small biscuits
Directions
brown the ground beef, drain fat, add onion and garlic, cook for around a minute or two more, add gravy, cook til simmering. Put biscuits in greased muffin pan, making a "well". Put meat mixture in the well of the biscuit. Cook in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes 12 Meat muffins.

    My family enjoyed this recipe. The kids had fun pressing out the biscuits, though it was a challenge to keep them from shrinking back. Had to fill each one quickly to hold its shape. I used ground turkey instead of beef. They were fun to eat and had very good flavor. - 3/16/09
