My Chicken Tortellini Soup

2 Chicken legs1 cup chopped carrots1 large onion chopped1 cup diced celery2 Tbsp Poultry Seasoning to taste1 chicken boullion cubes2 litre of water1/2 small package Tortellini (about 100grams)
Cook chicken legs till the meat comes off the bone. Discard the bone and skin. Add the veggies cook till the carrots are tender. Set aside to cool then remove all the fat that has surfaced. I place the broth in the fridge for a few hours or overnight. It's easier to remove the fat that has surfaced.
Bring everything back to a boil and add tortellini and cook to package directions.
