Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1 med onion chopped up1 jar tomato sauce8 ox reduced fat shredded cheese2 ggs (egg beaters)1 cup 1% milk1/2 tsp salt1 cup flour
Directions
preheat 350 - brown beef and onion - drain fat - blend in sauce and simmer (while you cut veggies that you want included) - put mixture into 13x9x2 pan - sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese - (at this point you add whatever veggies you want to)

In bowl mix eggs, milk, salt and flour - pour over meat mixture

Bake for about 20-25 minutes until the flour mixture is hardened.
