Ingredients
2 pkg 8 oz reduced fat cream cheese1/4 cup splenda1/2 tsp vanilla or almond extract2 eggs - egg substatute3/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)Graham cracker pie crust
Directions
preheat oven to 350. Beat cream cheese, Spenda and vanilla extrac in large bowl with electric mixer medium speed until well blended. Add eggs (egg substatute) Add eggs until just blended. Stir in 1/4 chips (optional)
Pour into crust.
Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost se. Coll. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
