Spinach Casserole

2 frozen packages of spinach, defrosted and drained6 tblsp of butter, melted2 of the large tubs of cottage cheese6 large eggs6 tblsp of flour12 oz of cubed cheddar cheesepinch of nutmeg
defrost and drain spinach. Press with a fork if necessary to get all the water out.
In a large bowl, combine flour and cottage cheese.
In a small bowl whisk the eggs.
Stir eggs into cottage cheese mixture.
Add spinach, cheese and nutmeg.
Pour entire dish into a sprayed casserole dish and cook for one hour or until fork comes out clean.
