Ingredients
Directions
46 oz Low Sodium V8 100% Vegetable Juice14.5 oz canned Tomatoes (do not drain)Drain all of the following before adding:2 14.5 oz canned green beans1 14.5 oz canned sliced potatoes1 14.5 oz canned corn (50% reduced sodium)2 14.5 oz canned kidney beans1 packet powdered Liption Soup Mix1 lb 93% fat free Ground Turkey
While browning turkey add other ingredients into your crock pot. I suggest putting the V-8 juice in last to avoid all of your other ingredients splashing it all over the place.
Drain turkey well & add to soup.
Cook on low for 5-8 hours. The longer you cook it, the more hearty & savory it is.
The sky is the limit with the veggies you can add/remove.
Makes approx 10 - 2 cup servings
