Vegetable tuna salad

2 cans of water packed tuna, well drained1/2 carrot peeled or 4 ready to eat baby carrots1 scallion, trimmed Mayonnaise
Put carrots and cut up scallion in food process with sharp blade and chop finely. Change to plastic mixing blade. Add tuna, and a dollop at a time of mayonnaise and pulse until blended. ( If using low fat mayo you may need more.)
