Swiss, Ham & Broccoli Chowder

Ingredients
1 10.75-ounce can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of celery)1 12-ounce can evaporated milk (don't substitute)1 cup water1 24 oz. pkg potatoes o'brien (with onions & peppers)2 cups diced cooked ham2 stalks celery, finely chopped (1 cup)2 cups chopped broccoli8 oz swiss cheese slices, torn into small pieces
Directions
combine in crock pot everything except broccoli & cheese. cook on high for 3 to 3 1/2 hours or on low for 6 to 7 hours. Add broccoli & cheese a half hour before serving.
