Ingredients: Tuna, Canned in Water, .5 cup, solid or chunks (remove)Romaine Lettuce (salad), 0.5 cup, shredded (remove)Lettuce, red leaf (salad), .5 cup shredded (remove)Arugula, 0.5 cup (remove)baby mache lettuce, 85 gram(s) (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)*Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp (remove)3 cherry tomatoes a pinch of salt ( or as salty as you like )a pinch of pepper ( or as much as you like)
Clean and place into a big bowl
- cut 3 cherry tomatoes into 4 parts
- wash and cut the lettuces ( arugula, baby mache, red leaf and romaine) into the size you prefer.
- drain and add tuna
- add vinegar and olive oil
- add salt and pepper
- toss the salad or mix well
if the salad isnt salty engouh or if you consider that it needs more olive oil or vinger feel free to add it just do not go over board with the spices or dressing ....
