1/2 c. red onion, diced1/4 c. lime juice, fresh squeezed from two limesZest from the limes1 Tbsp. Oregano, dried and crushed4 cloves garlic, minced1/2 c. Cilantro, minced4 roma tomatoes2 jalapenos, roasted, skinned and seeded1 avocado1 tsp. salt
Mix all ingrediants together and let stand for two hours to allow flavors to mix. Add jalapeno seeds if you would like heat in your salsa.
Makes about 4 cups.
