1 lb. 93% Lean Ground Beef1 medium Onion, chopped1 large can (64 oz.) Tomato Juice1 can (15.5 oz.) Brooks Chili Mild Beans2 oz. Elbow Macaroni 1 package Chili Seasoning Mix
Brown ground beef and chopped onion in large skillet. Meanwhile, bring tomato juice, beans and chili seasoning to a slow boil in a large pot. Drain meat mixture and add to juice pot. Stir in macaroni and simmer until macaroni is softened (approx. 30 minutes). Makes 6 servings.
