One Step Sugar Free Coconut Custard Pie

Ingredients
1 2/3 cups 1% milk1/3 cup fat free half and half2/3 cup splenda for baking (or your favorite sweetner)1 cup UNSWEETENED shredded coconut1/2 cup flour3 eggs1tsp corn starchdash of salt2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until incorporated.

Pour into a greased (I used butter flavored Pam) 9 inch pie plate.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes (or until the top is browned a bit).

***LET COOL 30 MINUTES BEFORE SLICING OR IT WILL FALL APART*** Serve warm or cold.
