Plain yeast rolls (low fat low salt)

Ingredients
4.5 c flour2 pk dry yeast1/2 c sugar1/2 c water3/4 c milk1 T buttter1.5 t sp margarine (icb light)2 egg whites beaten slightly
Directions
mix 2.5 c flour, sugar, yeast in bowl
mix milk, water, butter, margarine and heat to 120-130o
Stir into flour mixture and add eggs, blend until well mixed
Slowly mix in 2 more cups flour to make elastic dough
Knead for 5 minutes and then form into ball
Place dough into bowl and raise until double - about 1 hour
This made about 38 oz dough - divide into about 21 rolls (1.75 oz each) or use as base for cinnamon rolls

After dividing, allow to raise for about 30-60 minutes, then bake in 375o oven for 15-20 minutes.
