Ingredients
8 Boneless skinless chicken thighsVinegar- 1/4 to 1/2 cupSoy sauce 1/2 cupGarlic- 3 cloves finley choppedGinger root, Fresh cut length wise skinnedPickeling Spice CHeese cloth Twist tie
Directions
Put 2 tbs Pickeling spic in square of cheese cloth twist and tie with twist tie...cut off extra cloth.
Place OIL, chicken , garlic, ginger and pickeling spice pouch into sauce pan and cook till chicken is cooked through. Add vinegar and soysauce and simmer 10 min. TASTE..If too strong add water to taste. I always add a little.simmer 10 min more. Remove ginger and spice pouch before serving. Great over rice.

    This was really good, I didn't add the ginger because I didn't have any, but it was really good any way! I will make this again for sure! - 8/19/07
