Chicken Cheesesteak

1 1/2 lbs - Chicken Breast, sliced4 oz - Mozzarella cheese (skim milk or reduced)1 c. - Raw Onions, sliced thinly1 c - Bell peppers, sliced thinly1 tsp. - Onion powder4 - 4in. Whole Wheat Pita
1. Coat skillet with nonfat cooking spray.
2. Place onion and peppers in skillet and saute over medium heat for a few minutes until desired crispness and remove from skillet and set aside.
3. Saute sliced chicken pieces until chicken is fully cooked.
4. Add onions and peppers back to skillet with chicken. Mix well.
5. Turn heat off, and place cheese over chicken and peppers and cover with lid or foil to melt.
6. After cheese has melted, mix well and place in pita. Serve immediately.
