Turkey Meatloaf Muffins

Ingredients
Meatloaf:40 ounces of Jennie o Extra lean turkey1 cup chopped onionsjust over 2 cups of oatmeal3 egg whitesSauce:1 1/2 cups of Ketchup1/2 cup brown sugar
Directions
Beat the egg whites slightly
Add oats and mix with the egg whites; let sit for 10 to 15 minutes to soften the oats
Chop the onions and microwave for 15 seconds to soften
Mix all ingrediants together
Using a 1/3 cup put mix into muffin tins
Cook at 350 for 35 minutes or until done

On stove take simmer ketchup and brown sugar...bring to just boiling..melting on all of brown sugar

pour sauce over muffins and serve
