Coco Grilled Chuck

Ingredients
Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 1 lb Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 tbsp Garlic powder, 1 tbsp Onion powder, 1 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp Chili powder, 1 tsp
Directions
Combine the spices and coco powder. Rub liberally into both sides of the meat. Wrap meat tightly in plastic wrap and let set over night in refrigerator. Grill on a medium flame until cooked. makes 2 portions.
