Ingredients
5 oz. chicken breast2oz. langostino tails2 cups. basmati rice31/2 cups. whater1 tomatoe3tbs.chop onion1/2 tsp.spanish saffran1 tbs olive oil1/2 cup frozen peassalt2 cloves garlic
Directions
in a pan add olive oil,onion,chepped tomatoe and garlic, saute until soft and juicy 2 minutes
put aside add chicken pieces(bite size) add salt let cook for 2 minutes untill no longer pink,
sett aside thenadd the rice and saute for 1 minute untill rice transparent then add saffran,and all ingredients and stir and cook for 30 minutes on slow/medium heat,cover for first 15 minutes..enjoy..
