Simply Potatoes Shreds - 1 bag1 cup (8 oz) fat free cottage cheese1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream1 teaspoon sugar1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon garlic powder2 tablespoons sliced green onion1/2 cup shredded reduced fat chedder cheese
In a food processer, combime the cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, salt and garlic powder. Cover and process until smooth. move to a large bowl. Add in the potatoes and onion and mix well.
Pour into a 1 quart baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake (uncovered) at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are slightly golden.
