Ingredients
3 stalks Celery diced1 med onion chopped1 tomato, diced4-5 carrots shredded1 cupscut green beans1 cup peas2 pounds lean pork1 tbls Olive oil4 cups water4 teaspoons salt1 teaspoon pepper
Directions
put Olive oil in a meduim stock pan, add pork, onions and celery and saute until pork is browned and onions are tranlusant. add water and remaining ingredients and cook until done
