Ingredients
1 /2 cut up grilled chicken breast (for vegetarians just as good without the chicken!)1/2 cup of green beans (any will do...if fresh or frozen cook first) 1/2 cup of green pepper1/2 cup of red pepper1/2 cup of yellow pepper1 teaspoon of crushed garlic1 teaspoon of Mrs Dash Extra Spicey (or which ever you like)salt & pepper to tastePam
Directions
Coat pan with cooking spray add all ingrediants and cook until peppers are tender or to your liking
