Ginger Curry Vinaigrette

Ingredients
Garlic, 1-2 cloves Ginger Root, 1/2 to 1 tsp finely choppede Kosher salt, generous pinchThai Kitchen Red Curry Paste, 11/2 to 2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar, Thick, 1 tsp Sherry Vinegar, 2 tspOlive Oil, 2 TLime: juice of 1/2 lime or more to tasteThai Basil, 1 to 2 T chopped
Directions
Chop or crush garlic and ginger. Put in a large bown, add generous pinch of salt. Mix with a fork, then stir in the red curry paste. Stir in basil, lime juice and vinegars. Whisk in the olive oil until well combined.
