Simple Fish Pie

Ingredients
SalmonSmoked HaddockPotatoesSalt and Pepper GarlicMilk Fish StockGrated cheeseparsley
Directions
Chop fish into equal size pieces and place into oven dish
gently boil milk with fish stock cube
season fish with salt, pepper and garlic and Parsley
peel and boil potatoes
Mash the potatoes when they are cooked and spread over the top of the fish.
Bake in oven for about an hour at 160 degrees c
until the potatoes are browned
