Spicy Mango Shrimp

Ingredients
3 tbsp. vegetable oil1 cup chopped onion2 tsp. minced garlic1 tsp. red chile flakes1/2 cup chopped basil leaves2 tbsp. soy sauce (I used low sodium)1 tbsp. fresh lime juice12 oz. peeled and deveined medium shrimp2 cups cubed fresh or frozen mango1/4 cup shredded coconut
Directions
Heat oil in large frying pan over medium heat. Saute onion until golden brown. Add garlic, red chile flakes, fresh basil, soy sauce, lime juice and shrimp. Cook, stirring often, until shrimp turn pink. Add mango and cook until warm. Sprinkle with coconut and serve with rice (recipe says preferrably jasmine - rice not included in calorie calculation). You could use pineapple or orange instead of mango too.
