Ingredients
3/4 c *Whole Wheat Flour, 3/4 c Flour, white1/4 c Oat Bran1 tsp *Splenda, 3 tspBaking Powder1/4 tsp Salt1-3/4 c Non-fat Milk 1-1/2 Tbls *Canola Oil2 Egg yolks 2 Egg whites (stiffly beaten)eegg
Directions
Sift together dry ingredients. Bet together egg yolks, milk and oil. Stir into dry ingredients. Fold in egg whites, leave a few fluffs. Bake : Makes 12-4 in by 41/2 inch waffles or 4-10 inch.
