Hungry Jack Mild Jalapeno Potatoes (mix)2 tbsp butter or margarine2/3 cup milk2 cups boiling water1 lb. lean ground beef1 jar mild salsa1/2 cup sour cream3 cups broken nacho cheese chips1 cup fiesta blend shredded cheese
Preheat oven to 425F. Coat 13x9 dish with cooking spray. Brown the beef and drain. Stir in salsa. Combine potato slices, sauce packet, butter, and boiling water in bowl. Stir in milk and sour cream. Sprinkle 2 cups tortilla chips in dish. Pour in potato mixture. Spoon beef mixture on top. Cover with foil. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Remove foil. Combine rest of chips and cheese. Sprinkle over top. Bake 10 minutes uncovered. Let stand 5 minutes.
