Wheat germ flatbread

Ingredients
2 c semolina flour1 c wheat germ1 c whole grain flour1 tsp salt1 tsp barley malt syrup2 tsp olive oil1/2 oz ounce bakers yeastGarlic or any other desired seasonings may be added as well.
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Mix all ingredients, then divide into 8 pieces. Roll each piece into thin circles. Place on cookie sheet and bake until brown around the edges.
