Chiken Kale and Okra Stir Fry

Ingredients
# Chicken Breast, no skin, 400 grams (remove)# Kale, 453.6 grams (remove)# Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 226.8 grams (remove)Okra, frozen, cooked, 1 package (10 oz) yieldsFestival Canned Mushrooms, 1 cupSoy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 2 tbsp Dynasty Oyster flavored Sauce, 2 tbsp Garlic, 4 cloves Ginger Root, 3 tspOlive Oil, 1 tbspWater, tap, .25 cup Corn Starch, 1 tbsp
Directions
Makes 6 servings

Prep:
Rinse kale and dice into bite sized pieces.
Slice chicken into thin strips

Cook:

Heat oil, garlic and ginger in a large wok on medium heat until garlic begins to brown

Add the soy and oyster sauce and stir
add the chicken and stir for 15 min

add the kale and cook for 15 min
add the okra and mushrooms stir add corn and stir for remaining time

mix corn starch in water and add to the wok stir until thickened
serve immediately over rice or rice noodles
