4 oz water1 black tea bag4 oz lite soy milk2 whole cloves2 cardamom pods, lightly crushed6 whole black peppercorns1/4 tsp ginger, ground1/2 tsp cinnamon, groundPinch of anise seedYour favorite sweetener
Combine ingredients in a small sauce pan over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Stir occasionally. Watch to make sure it doesn't boil over. Remove from heat and cover. Let steep for 5 minutes. Enjoy.
