Ingredients

100 gram(s) Sainsbury Ricotta
40 gram(s) Flour, Self Raising (UK)
1 serving cardomom Powdered
4 tsp Amul Pure Ghee
0.5 cup Granulated Sugar
0.5 cup Sunflower Oil
0.5 cups water
Tips

Directions
Roast the ricotta cheese in the ghee until all the water evaporates and it is light brown in colour
Kneed the cheese once done with the cardomom powder and add the flour to form a ball. Make 20 small balls out of this.
Heat the oil and fry these balls until golden brown.
Meanwhile add 0.5 cups of water to 5 cups of sugar and boil to make 1 string syrup.
Poke with a fork into the fried balls and add to the sugar syrup. Keep aside until all the syrup is absorbed by the jamuns. Enjoy!
