Leek and Black Olive Salad

Ingredients
Leeks, 5 leek Olive Oil, 2 tsp White Wine, 1 cupSliced Black Olives, 1 large canFresh Parsley, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Salt, .5 tbsp Half a Lemon, for juice
Directions
Blanch leeks for 2 minutes then transfer to a pan and simmer them in 2 bsp of olive oil, garlic and 1 cup white wine.
Sprinkle the with salt, pepper, olives and lemon. Finish with fresh parsley and serve.
