Mary's home made chili

Ingredients
1 16oz. bag of small red beans (uncooked)1 lb. lean ground beef1 large onion1 28oz can whole tomatoes1 16 oz. can stewed tomatoes.McCormack's Chili seasoning mix
Directions
Rinse and sort beans. Soak overnight or use quick soak method on pkg. Cook beans according to directions on pkg.
Saute onion, then add hamburger to brown. Add hamburger and onions to beans, then add can both cans of tomatoes and seasoning mix. Simmer together for 1 hr. then serve. Chili does have more flavor if you cool it, refrigerate it overnight, the reheat the next day. Makes 12 on cup servings.
