Oatmeal Coconut Cookies

1 cup soft margarine1 cup sugar1 cup brown sugar2 eggs1 tsp vanilla2 cup flour1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soad1 tsp salt1 1/2 cup rolled oats1 cup coconut
1. Prehet oven to 350 F.
2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the margarine, sugar, & brown sugar.
3. Mix in the eggs and vanilla.
4. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, & salt.. Stir into batter until well blended.
5. Mix in the oats and coconut until evenly distributed.
6. Drop by spoonfulls onto a greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
7. Bake for 12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Makes 48 cookies.
