Stuffed Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
16 oz Ground Turkey (93% lean)2 tsp Garlic Powder2 tsp Onion Powder1 (26 oz) can of Health Request Tomato Soup3 cups Water.5 Head of Cabbage, chopped2 cup White Rice, long grain
Directions
Brown the turkey with the onion and garlic powder. Add the tomato soup and water. Add the cabbage. Cook cabbage to desired consistency. Add rice and cook until rice is tender. Add extra water as needed.
