White Bread, 6 sliceEgg, fresh, 2 largeChicken Bouillon, 1 cup preparedTomato Paste, 0.125 cupBasil, .15 tbspGarlic powder, .25 tspParsley, dried, 1 tspOlive Oil, 1 tbspSoup vegtable mix, dry, 1 envelopeBread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .33 cupPepper, black, .5 tspLentils dry, 1 1/8 cupOnions, raw, 1 large choppedWater 2 1/4 cup
1. Combine lentils and wter in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer until tender, about 40 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 400 degress F. Grease and 9x5 inch loaf pan.
3. In a large bowl, mix together 2 cups cooked lintels, bread, eggs, seasoning, olive oil, and dry soup mix. Spread into preapared pan.
4. Bake for 40 minutes. Sprinkle top with dry bread crumbs, and continue baking for another 10 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
