Whole Wheat Bran Muffins

Ingredients
.5 cup margarine100 ml apple sauce3 cups bran4 cups buttermilk2 cups splenda4cups whole wheat flour2.5 tsp baking powder3 eggs1 tbsp baking soda dissolved in 1/8 cup boiling water
Directions
Preheat oven 400
Blend margarine and apple sauce
Add bran and mix
Add buttermilk and mix
Add splenda and mix
Mix flour and baking powder and add to ingredients and mix
Add eggs and mix
Dissolve baking soda in boiling water and stir into mixture.

Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes

Makes 24 large muffins
